剧情：
明朝末年，东厂的宦官们一度权倾朝野，但是公道自在人心，随着越来越多的人团结反抗，宦官当权的局面逐渐走到了尽头。实时朝廷内斗，太子在六扇门捕神的照顾下躲避，下落不明。东厂势力大肆追捕，势要抓住太子，以夺回对朝廷的控制权。距离京城两百公里外的清河府，最近突发命案，清河府捕头冷霖被杀，死相离奇，现场除了一张诡异的怪兽图画，并无其他线索。由于死法甚是奇特恐怖，被人编成旱魃的故事相传，闹的满城惶恐。有一青年少侠冷洛锋，对于旱魃杀人的案件查的比捕快还要用心。冷洛锋是铃兰书院的学生，铃兰书院是专门为朝廷输送文武人才的学院，冷洛锋武功高强，在书院中亦是佼佼者。自从清河府命案发生.......收起
