世间曾有一人名为殷十三，隐于闹市帮助苦难的百姓而受爱戴。据传言，其擅天象地理之道，通驱邪捉诡之法，见常人之不能见，断事中不平事，谓之阴阳先生。殷十三受邀来到林家宅解决难题，进门便撞见地上一排“鬼脚印”延续向前，随着林家宅管事的介绍，殷十三也顺着脚印开始解决林宅37号“鬼事”。收起
