剧情：
1992年，在黑道上有一个让人闻风丧胆的人物，他是老字号金家的金牌打手，绰号「一疤」，骁勇善战。在一次伏击对头人八哥行动中，跌入一个局中局，使他身陷险境，反过来帮助八哥联手杀出重围，最终死伤无数，换来重判20年监的代价。在漫长的监狱岁月，一疤无意中看到一位禅师的著作《苹果禅》后有所顿悟，自此戾气渐消，醒觉到在往后的生命里有着更重要的事情要积极面对。年月过去，到了一疤出狱，感慨万千，八哥的太太－七姐自从八哥离逝，她便接掌话事人一职。七姐一直因旧情而记挂着一疤，决定向他招手，挟着昔日威名定能闯出不一样的天下，惟一疤已决心脱离黑道而婉拒。当年显赫的金家只剩下四条小喽罗，四人视维护金家名声为使命，自封为「四大金光」，决心照耀金家仅余的古老桑拿产业－「别苦温泉」，从头做起。无计可施下，一疤只好答应四大金光接受老金留给他的「别苦温泉」，将浴室改头换面重新出发。同时，七姐江湖之事不断牵连着一疤，一疤该如何脱离这趟浑水…收起
